Hello my lovely Absoluters, I hope everyone is doing well and has had a lovely Easter. I hope it’s been full of laughter, love, family and lots of good food! I feel like we’ve blinked and suddenly we’re in full on spring mode!
This Easter brought a much needed moment of rest and family time. For me, long walks, way too much chocolate and time spent with my loved ones is the perfect recipe to recharge. I especially loved my bonding time with our little Isla, she is an absolute dream, every moment with her is a little slice of heaven. I always come back from these long weekends feeling more grounded and inspired which is so important to me when coming back to the office. It allows me to tackle the next big thing with a clear mind and open heart.
Strategy Day
If you’ve been reading my monthly round ups for a while now, you’ll know that at Absolute Collagen we hold a number of strategy days throughout the year for the team at AC. It’s a day that we’re able to be fully transparent about what we’ve got coming up at Absolute Collagen. It’s not just for planning the nitty gritty, but for stepping back and looking at the bigger picture of where we’re heading. There’s so much happening behind the scenes right now, and I can promise you, the future of AC is looking bolder and more exciting than ever. We talked about everything from product development to new ways to connect with our amazing community. I wish I could spill all the secrets, but for now, let’s just say… watch this space. 😉 Don’t mind the blindfolds, of course we had to have a little fun at the same time!
‘SheRaces’ – I’m an Ambassador!
I am so thrilled to announce that I am now a SheRaces Ambassador. For those of you who aren’t familiar, SheRaces was founded by Sophie Power and is a women-only trail running series. It’s a very powerful initiative that removes barriers, creates a supportive environment for all women of all backgrounds to discover the joy of trail running and I’m so incredibly proud to be part of this movement. Whether you’re training for your first 5K or just jogging around your neighbourhood, there’s space for everyone in this community and I’m so grateful that I get to be involved. So.. for the big reveal… I’ll be running my first ultra – the SheRaces 50K this August. I’ll start my training very soon and boy will it be tough but if it means just one of you puts on your running shoes to feel the freedom that running has to offer then it’ll be all worth it. 🚀
We’re On The High Street!
This month has brought an incredibly HUGE milestone for Absolute Collagen. We have OFFICIALLY launched in Boots! 🥳 Now, this is something I never thought I would be saying but boy am I proud of the growth, the hard work and the commitment that has made this happen for us. This has truly been a whole company effort and I am so proud of the team for getting this launch over the line. This is a huge step for Absolute Collagen, our first retail experience for you guys! This is such a pinch me moment! Please send us pictures next time you’re in boots , I would LOVE to see!
