Ingredients
160g tub vanilla protein yoghurt
2 scoops choc mint Glow
3 tbsp low-fat milk
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
Instructions
Add the yoghurt, Glow powder, and milk to a medium bowl. Stir well until fully combined and smooth.
Divide the mixture between two dessert glasses.
Top with pomegranate seeds, coconut, and pistachios.
